The Fall/Winter street sweeping schedule is October through March, except for Monday's area, where sweeping is scheduled as posted.

Please move your cars on your respective street sweeping day! If you are in Monday’s area and do not move your car you will be ticketed! Remember that the county ordinance prohibits homeowners from piling leaves in the street! Our sweeper can not pick up grass, dirt, branches or debris you leave in the gutters! Do your part by remembering to use your green recycling can for your leaves and other greens. If your recyling can is filled and you wish to dump only leaves you may do so at the Association office next to our maintenance building. There is a $1000 fine if you dump anything other than leaves.
